Lio Locos is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (liolocos.pt).

What data we collect

At this time, the site has no form and no active checkout — we don't automatically collect or store any personal data on our servers.

The existing contact points (the "Add to List" button, the interest form on the Collection page, and the Contact page) all work via mailto: links — they open your own email application with a pre-filled message. Any data you choose to include in that message (name, contact details, your question) only reaches us if you actually send that email yourself — it is never collected automatically by the site.

Your "Interest List" (products you've marked as favourites) is stored only in your own browser's local storage (localStorage) — it is never sent to our servers unless you use the button to email us that list.

Once our online store is live

As soon as the store is available for orders, this policy will be updated to describe in detail the data required to process a purchase — name, delivery address, contact details, billing information and, where applicable, data processed directly by a certified payment provider (we never store card data on our own servers).

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The site is hosted on Hostinger, which processes technical hosting data (such as the IP address of site visitors) as part of the normal operation of any web server.
